Rhonda Bird is the Operations Manager for DMG Microlabs and has comprehensive experience in the efficient operations of small business. Having started her professional life in the banking industry, Rhonda brings to DMG over 20 years experience in managing all the day to day operations of our office.
Rhonda has excelled in customer service through her previous positions in the banking and medical industries, and her dedication to providing this customer service ensures clients of DMG Microlabs will always be guaranteed of receiving the best customer service.
In the late 1980’s, Rhonda traveled extensively throughout Europe and America, gaining not only life experiences, but it also brought her into contact with people from all walks of life, which is evident in her ability to relate to all kinds of personalities.
On returning to Australia in 1993, Rhonda undertook studies in natural medicine, and on graduating as a homeopath in 1997, ran her own successful business as a homeopathic consultant for 8 years.
Diversity and a passion for efficient customer service are a priority for Rhonda. She was raised with good old-fashioned values such as integrity, honesty and hard work – ethics which she upholds and displays in her day to day life. Rhonda believes in leading by example, and has a passion for motivating others to follow her lead in providing the best customer service.
